To help stay calm and maintain your health naturally, consider these health tips.

Pack some clothes in the bag of another family member so that you have supplies if a bag goes missing.

  1. Pack spare underwear, a fresh shirt and basic toiletries in your carry on luggage so you can enjoy a day without your luggage.
  2. Place all important items in your hand luggage including ID, cameras, phones, laptop and any valuables. Don’t forget charging cable to charge your tech inflight.
  3. Make sure you get a good amount of sleep – sleep helps the body to rest and rejuvenate for the next day’s activity. If you’re crossing time zones, sleep more.
  4. Don’t watch more than one movie. You will arrive tired, not refreshed.
  5. Make sure you take the time to eat well. Try some fresh local produce but ensure it is cooked well. Ask business associates or hotel staff to recommend good eateries. Refrain from overeating and drinking too much alcohol.
  6. Make use of the exercise facilities available and walk as much as possible. This eases stress which can result in headaches and other physical symptoms. Don’t forget to pack some gym clothes and shoes.
  7. Remember to come in for regular chiropractic adjustments before and after you travel to allow your body the best chance of adapting to the challenges of travel.
